Terms of business regarding Guaranteed Housing:

In order to increase the chances of finding housing CasaSwap reserves the right to:

1) Seek the housing in question on a city level (this means that we cannot ensure that we find housing in a requested part of a city, but only in the specified city)

2) Expand the level of maxium rent with 10% (this means that if you specify 300 euros as your max. rent we reserve the right to provide you with a housing offer with a max. rent of 330 euros)

When CasaSwap has provided minimum one housing offer matching your specified criteria you have 24 hours to respond to this offer. Should you for some reason not be able to respond within the time limit, CasaSwap reserves the right to retain the payment for the service nonetheless.
If CasaSwap for some reason is unable to find the housing requested we will inform you as soon as possible and no fee will be charged.

It should be noted that CasaSwap acts as an intermediary and as such we do not have possession of any properties. Therefore CasaSwap only guarantees a housing offer, not the housing itself. CasaSwap.com is not undertaking any, and has no, fiduciary duties to either Renters or Lessors, including, without limitation, the obligation to inspect rental properties or to verify the veracity of information contained in a preview of properties or Offers. CasaSwap strives to find furnished accommodation but cannot guarantee this.The maximum rent stated by the Renter does not include any fee which might be otherwise directly imposed upon the Renter by the Lessor (for instance a deposit fee). The finalization of an agreement rests solely upon the renting and letting parties, with CasaSwap acting merely as an intermediary.
