You can rent, sublet or swap rooms and apartments with other members - all over the world. This gives you the chance to find and offer housing, easy and fast, while meeting new people! Here's how it works: First step is to choose a membership profile. We have 4 different profiles (*all profiles are free - but you can easily choose to upgrade anytime you want and get even more cool features and benefits!):

• Renter
  If you're looking to rent a room or apartment (or house!) this is the profile for you. Signing up is free, fast and easy. After you sign up you can search the database and find relevant available accommodation offers all across the world!

• HomeOwner
  If you have a room or apartment to rent out (sublet) you can choose the HomeOwner profile. It's completely free and lets you list and promote your available room/apartment to a worldwide audience within minutes.
   
• Property Manager
  If you're a landlord or manage several rooms/apartments, the Property Manager is the profile to choose. This lets you promote all the accommodation listings you want - free of charge!
   
• Swapper
  This profile is for those who want to swap (exchange) accommodation with other members. The concept is simple: you stay in another members place, while he/she stays in your place!
