How to improve your profile

Having a good and complete profile makes your profile stand out from all the others - and will increase the number of members contacting you! Here are some good tips on how to improve your CasaSwap profile:

Upgrade your profile
Show other members that you are a dedicated and sincere member of CasaSwap. By upgrading your profile to a Premium membership, your profile will stand out from all the others and you will get MORE response from other members - and pricing is just €1,5 per month! Upgrade to a Premium profile here

Upload pictures
Profiles with pictures get MUCH MORE response - therefore we recommend that you always add pictures to your profile: pictures of yourself, of your room/apartment (if you're subletting or swapping your place). Upload pictures under My Pictures

Verify your pictures
Show other members that your pictures are real and not fake: upload pictures of your room/apartment where you also show a sign (a piece of paper, etc.) with either your profile name or just with the text "CasaSwap" on it. Thereby, people can see that your pictures are connected to your CasaSwap-profile and are not fake!

Complete & updated profile
Write a good, accurate and honest profile text and description of yourself and your room/apartment. Remember to keep your profile data and text up-to-date! If your room/apartment is no longer available, deactivate it. If your profile is no longer relevant, then consider deleting it.

Help us keep the site clean
CasaSwap.com is a free website service and anyone can sign up. Unfortunately, we sometimes experience scam-attempts from members who are not sincere. Although this happens rarely, we appreciate help from our members so we can keep the site clean, honest and trust-worthy. You can help by reporting profiles you think are either fake, trying to scam you or have harrassed you in any way. We will investigate this immediately and ban any profile who violates our policies. You report another profile simply by choosing the reason you want to report the profile and then click the "Report button".
