We've launched a new membership profile: Property Manager.

This profile is especially for private and/or institutional landlord companies and organizations, who have multiple room/housing listings. The Property Manager listings will be integrated into the HomeOwner search results. We expect that this new membership profile will increase the amount of housing listings on the CasaSwap network.

It's now possible to add your MSN Messenger and/or Skype account to your CasaSwap profile. Now you can get together by chat or IP-phone with other members of the CasaSwap network - it's easy, fast & free!
26-01-2006 - New, Improved MatchBot & Match list
We've launched a new and improved MatchBot (automatic match-feature) and matchlist.
Therefore, members may experience a large number of matches in the beginning.

However, it's now much easier to delete irrelevant matches and keep the ones you find interesting. Furthermore, the updated and improved automatic match-feature means you can simply choose what you're looking for - and get notified by email when there's a relevant match!

We are happy to announce the launch of the completely new and improved CasaSwap website, which now includes a total of three different membership profiles:

  • Renter (Members who are looking for a place to live).

  • HomeOwner (Members who are offering/subletting a place to live)

  • Swapper (The original concept: Members who wants to exchange homes with other members).

From now on, CasaSwap is a full-scale international accommodation network aimed at youth, students and private/institutional landlords:
