No matter if you have a single spare room, an apartment or an entire house to sublet you can sign up for free and offer your housing to thousands of other members from across the world. We recommend that you take your time to describe your listing as detailed as possible – and remember to upload as many pictures as possible. Furthermore, please try to be flexible when specifying the period in which you want to sublet accommodation (you can list multiple rental periods). When you get in contact with an interested renter, you can negotiate the more specific terms of the rental agreement and remember to write down all terms in a sublet contract which both you and the renter have to sign.
